It is going out of control day by day .It makes problem of others. We can not think a free life . It loses not only our lives but also our progress . For this problem, the people suffer a lot . Every day we think about the problem but none can solve it . The bad effect ----- can better be understood then describe .Most of the people are falling victims to this deadly curse .It hampers the peace in common life .It also hampers the standard of social life . Everybody wants of good solution of this serious problem .Public opinion must be taken to solve this problem . The conscious people can play a vital role in this regard .The police administration should be conscious and active .This problem should be solved very soon . The Government should take measures to control this problem.
